LUJZA DEMUTHOVÁ
Lujza Demuthová is the project coordinator of Rostlinně. She leads its cornerstone activities such as the Plant-based Product of the Year and Plant-Based Retailer of the Year. Her focus is on consulting businesses in developing, launching and promoting their plant-based products, connecting various stakeholders across the field, and serving as the first point of contact for all collaborations.
Rostlinně is a non-profit project that celebrates plant-based cuisine. It supports producers and distributors in making their plant-based products more accessible in every possible sense. In doing so, Rostlinně inspires the broad public to implement plant-based meals into their diet and raises awareness of plant-based food in general.
