MARTIN NÁDENÍČEK
Martin is a co-founder, financial director, and chairman of the board
of directors at Amper Savings, a.s. He also served as the CFO of the
foreign branch of AB Facility. Martin contributed as a Chief Financial
Officer to the acquisitions and mergers of energy companies. He
applied his acquisition expertise to Magnol Servis and Energo
Controls, including their integration into the parent company.
Martin is a graduate of the Department of Business Economics at the Faculty of
Economics and Administration, Masaryk University.
